Cookie Policy (PromptRepeat)

Effective date: June 7, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Olmsted Tech LLC (“PromptRepeat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on promptrepeat.com and our related services (the “Services”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you agree to the use of cookies as described here, subject to the consent controls in Section 4.

1) What are cookies and similar technologies?

  • Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be set by us (“first-party”) or by third parties (“third-party”).
  • Local storage (and session storage) store data in your browser, often to keep you signed in or remember settings.
  • Pixels/tags (also called web beacons) are small pieces of code used to measure activity, conversions, and advertising performance.
  • Software development kits (SDKs) and similar tools may perform comparable functions in apps or embedded components.

We refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.

Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remaining until they expire or are deleted).

2) Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep you signed in and maintain your session;
  • secure the Services and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • remember your preferences (including your cookie choices);
  • understand how the Services are used so we can improve them; and
  • measure and run advertising campaigns (where permitted).

3) Categories of cookies we use

A) Strictly necessary (essential)

Required to operate the Services—for example, authentication, session management, security, load balancing, and payment-fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off through our consent tools, and the Services may not function without them.

B) Analytics / performance

Help us understand usage, diagnose problems, and improve the Services (for example, which features are used and where errors occur). These are non-essential.

C) Advertising / marketing

Used to measure campaign performance, attribute conversions, and—where applicable—support targeted advertising on third-party platforms. These are non-essential.

4) Your consent and how it differs by region

We apply a two-tier consent model based on your location:

A) Opt-in regions (consent required before non-essential cookies load)

In these regions we load only strictly necessary cookies by default, and we set analytics and advertising cookies only after you opt in through our consent banner:

Germany (DE), France (FR), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Sweden (SE), Norway (NO), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Switzerland (CH), United Kingdom (GB), Canada (CA), Brazil (BR)

We also apply this opt-in approach across the wider European Economic Area (EEA) and in any other jurisdiction where opt-in consent is required by law, even if not listed above.

B) Opt-out regions (United States and rest of world)

In the United States and other regions not covered above, non-essential cookies may load by default, and you can opt out at any time through our cookie banner/settings, your browser controls, and the platform opt-outs in Section 6. Where required, we also honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time (see Section 6).

5) Cookies and tools we use

The tables below list the main providers and the typical cookies they set. Specific cookie names and lifespans are controlled by each provider and may change; the durations shown are approximate. 6) Managing your cookies and preferences

You have several ways to control cookies:

  • Our consent banner/settings: open the cookie settings on the Services to accept, reject, or change non-essential categories at any time, including withdrawing consent.
  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking some cookies may break parts of the Services.
  • Opt-out preference signals: where required, we honor recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) sent by your browser or extension.
  • Platform opt-outs and more information:
    • Google Analytics opt-out and Google Ads settings (Google's privacy and ad settings pages);
    • Microsoft Advertising opt-out (Microsoft's privacy/ad-choices pages);
    • Meta ad preferences (in your Meta account settings);
    • Reddit ad personalization settings (in your Reddit account settings);
    • PostHog (managed through our consent settings).
  • Industry tools: you can also use industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and—in Europe—Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu).

7) "Sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising

Our use of advertising cookies/pixels (such as those from Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Reddit) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under certain U.S. state and other privacy laws. Where that applies, you can exercise your opt-out through our cookie banner/settings, the platform opt-outs above, and recognized opt-out preference signals (such as GPC). See our Privacy Policy for more on your rights.

8) Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on the Services and, where required, update our consent banner. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy, subject to the consent controls above.
