Privacy Policy (PromptRepeat)

Effective date: June 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Olmsted Tech LLC (“PromptRepeat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use promptrepeat.com and related services (the “Services”).

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

1) Who is responsible for your information

Data Controller (for most processing): Olmsted Tech LLC (Wyoming, USA)

Registered Agent Address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

Contact: support@promptrepeat.com

If you include personal information about other people in your Prompts (defined below), you are responsible for that information and represent that you have a lawful basis to provide it and to have it processed and transmitted to AI Providers through the Services.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) you provide it, (b) we collect it automatically, and (c) we receive it from third parties.

A) Information you provide

  • Account information: email address, authentication tokens/credentials (via our authentication and database provider, Supabase), and account preferences.
  • Prompts and schedules: the prompts you create (“Prompts”), your recurring/scheduled configurations (“Schedules”), and any content you choose to include in them.
  • Outputs: the responses returned by AI Providers (“Outputs”) that we store in your account so you can view your history.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, including any attachments.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you opt in to receive marketing emails.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, health data, precise financial account details, or other people's personal data) through the Services—including inside Prompts—unless you accept that it will be transmitted to and processed by the relevant AI Provider as described in Section 4.

B) Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, clicks, events, feature usage, Run activity, referral URLs, approximate location (inferred from IP), device/browser information, and log data.
  • Cookie and similar technology data: identifiers stored in cookies/local storage, session data, and analytics identifiers (depending on your settings and consent where required).
  • Security data: information used to help secure accounts and prevent fraud/abuse.

C) Information from third parties

  • Payment information (via Stripe): we receive purchase confirmation and limited billing details (e.g., last 4 digits, payment status). Stripe processes payment card details directly.
  • Advertising/analytics partners: if enabled and permitted, platforms such as Google, Microsoft (Bing), Meta, and Reddit may provide aggregated performance/attribution data (e.g., campaign conversions).

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  1. Provide the Services
  • create and manage accounts;
  • create, store, and run your Prompts and Schedules;
  • transmit your Prompts to the AI Provider(s) you select and return and store the resulting Outputs;
  • send Run notifications and deliver features of your plan.
  1. Maintain, improve, and secure the Services
  • troubleshoot, debug, and maintain performance;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • measure usage and improve user experience.
  1. Communicate with you
  • send transactional emails (account alerts, receipts, Run notifications);
  • provide support and respond to requests.
  1. Marketing (only where permitted/consented)
  • send marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime);
  • run and measure advertising campaigns (subject to cookie/consent controls where required).
  1. Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights.

4) AI Providers and what we send to them

Providing the core Service necessarily involves sending your Prompts to third-party AI providers (“AI Providers”), which may currently include providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, and others we may add.

  • Whatever you put in a Prompt is sent to the AI Provider you select. This includes any personal, confidential, or sensitive information you choose to enter. We do not filter or pre-screen Prompt content.
  • You should avoid entering personal, confidential, or sensitive information into Prompts. If you do, you accept that it will be transmitted to and processed by the relevant AI Provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Routing. All Prompts are sent through AI Provider accounts and API keys that we own and control; you do not provide your own provider keys.
  • Provider data practices. AI Providers process data under their own terms and policies in addition to ours. Some AI Providers state that data submitted through their APIs is not used to train their models by default; however, provider practices vary, may change, and are outside our control, and we do not guarantee them.

Outputs may be inaccurate or fabricated; how you may and may not rely on Outputs is addressed in our Terms of Service.

5) Cookies, analytics, and advertising

A) What we use

We use cookies and similar technologies (like local storage and pixels) for:

  • Essential operations (authentication, security, session management);
  • Analytics (understanding how the Services are used), including tools such as PostHog and Google Analytics;
  • Advertising/measurement (attribution and campaign performance), which may include tags/pixels for platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta, and Reddit, and other ad tools as we expand.

B) Two-tier consent model

We apply different default behavior depending on your location:

  • Stricter-consent regions (including the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, and other jurisdictions where opt-in consent is required): we load non-essential cookies/trackers only after you opt in through our consent banner.
  • United States and other regions: non-essential cookies/trackers may load by default, and you can opt out through our cookie banner/settings and your browser controls.

Full details, including the specific categories and tools, are described in our Cookie Policy.

C) Your choices

Depending on your jurisdiction and settings:

  • you can control cookies through the consent banner and/or cookie settings;
  • you can block cookies via your browser settings (some features may not work);
  • you can opt out of certain targeted advertising using platform opt-out tools and, where required, controls we provide;
  • where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control).

6) How we share information

We may share information in the following situations:

A) Service providers (“processors”)

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, such as:

  • Authentication and database (Supabase);
  • Hosting, content delivery, and security (Vercel);
  • Analytics (e.g., PostHog, Google Analytics);
  • Email delivery (Resend);
  • Payments (Stripe);
  • AI Providers, which receive your Prompt content as needed to generate Outputs (see Section 4);
  • Advertising platforms for campaign measurement/attribution (subject to consent where required).

We share only what is reasonably necessary for these providers to perform services on our behalf.

B) Advertising and "sale"/"sharing"

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies/pixels (such as those from Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Reddit) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under certain U.S. state and other privacy laws. Where that is the case, we honor applicable opt-outs (see Sections 5 and 8).

C) Legal, safety, and enforcement

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process;
  • protect the security or integrity of the Services;
  • protect our rights, property, or users;
  • investigate or prevent fraud or abuse.

D) Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

E) With your direction

We may share information when you request or authorize us to do so.

7) Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain business records and audit trails;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements; and
  • protect against fraud/abuse.

We generally retain your Prompts, Schedules, Outputs, and related logs until you delete them or delete your account, or request deletion, unless retention is required or permitted by law (for example, to comply with tax/accounting requirements or to maintain security logs). We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods. The Services are not a backup or system of record—please keep your own copies of anything you wish to preserve.

8) Your rights and controls

A) Account controls

Where available, you can:

  • export your data;
  • delete your Prompts, Outputs, or account; and
  • manage preferences (including marketing preferences).

B) Marketing emails

If you opted into marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Transactional messages (like receipts and security alerts) may still be sent.

C) Jurisdiction-based privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:

  • access to personal information we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of personal information;
  • portability (export) of certain data;
  • objection to, or restriction of, certain processing; and
  • the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

These rights derive from laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, Canadian privacy law, and U.S. state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA), and their exact scope depends on your jurisdiction.

To exercise rights, contact support@promptrepeat.com. We may verify your request (for example, by confirming access to the email on your account). Some rights may be limited by law (e.g., legal retention obligations). Where required, you may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a decision by contacting us.

D) Targeted advertising / "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out

In some jurisdictions, you may have a right to opt out of "targeted advertising" or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. Where we offer such controls, we will honor them through our cookie banner/settings, platform opt-outs, and recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.

9) International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as standard contractual clauses).

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because Prompts are transmitted to AI Providers to provide the Service, please avoid including information you would not want shared with those providers.

11) Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12) Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services (including AI Providers, payment processors, analytics, and ad platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

13) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on the site and may notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
